Refreshing Coriander & Tahini Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup cilantro leaves, lightly cut
  • 1/3 cup parsley leaves, lightly cut
  • 4 tablespoon of water
  • 3 tablespoon of Tahini
  • 3 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 Curly Lettuce Twins

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer
  2. Let it mix to have a thin, homogene sauce.
  3. Voilà!  7 oz of this refreshing salad sauce that amps up any greens!
