Fleur de Mirabel - Duo

The red oak leaf and mini-butter Salanova® is a colorful duo! It is a great option if you want to add a touch of color to your salads. You make your own mesclun mix! These heads of lettuce come in a baby leaf format which is also known as one-cut lettuce. Harvested as a head, they turn into instant baby leaf simply by cutting about 1 inches above the base of the plant.
