- 3 serving amount
- 100g Mirabel mache
- 1 banana
- 8 strawberries, cut
- 3-6 leaves, fresh basil
- 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk
- Put the milk, bananas, strawberries and basil in blender.
- While the blender rolls, gradually add the Mirabel mache inside.
- When the mixture is uniform, serve.
Note : For athletes, add 1-2 eggs to make a protein shake
