Mache Smoothie

  • 2 minutes
  • 3 serving amount


  • 100g Mirabel mache
  • 1 banana
  • 8 strawberries, cut
  • 3-6 leaves, fresh basil
  • 1 cup (250 ml) almond milk


  1. Put the milk, bananas, strawberries and basil in blender.
  2. While the blender rolls, gradually add the Mirabel mache inside.
  3. When the mixture is uniform, serve.

Note : For athletes, add 1-2 eggs to make a protein shake


The mache, or corn salad, differentiates itself from the other babyleafs by its tenderness and its omega-3 source. With a little nutty taste and no bitterness, the mache is very polyvalent.
