Cucumber Sandwiches

For 4 sandwiches, 2 classics and 2 open sandwiches

8 slices of bread of your choice

1 VÔG cucumber

2 VÔG mini cukes

1 cup of whipped cream cheese

Fresh chives

Fresh italian parsley




  1. Chop chives and parsley.
  2. Mix the chopped herbs with the whipped cream cheese. Salt and pepper.
  3. For classic sandwiches, cut the VÔG mini cukes into slices. For open sandwiches, use a peeler to make strips with the cucumber.
  4. Spread the bread with the cream cheese mixture. Add the cucumbers and watercress for a beautiful finish. Salt & pepper. Enjoy!
